I bought this bassinet to put in our bedroom until our baby gets old enough to go into his own room since it is so far away. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold a child greater than 15 pounds, because I LOVE IT and wish that I could use it forever. The wood is very good quality and rich looking. The fabric is soft and beautiful...also gender neutral.
The sound machine that comes with it has come in handy. My baby especially likes the womb sounds when trying to fall asleep. The underneath compartment is fine to store blankets and such. It wheels around on my rug easily, or from room to room. The mattress is soft and cushy. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
